How confident are we that we can sell your home? We Guarantee it! 

We sell homes all over the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. The guarantee is usually available for Louisville area homes located in Jefferson County.

Here’s how the program works: When you list your home with The Sokoler Medley Team, you may decide to opt into our guaranteed sale program.  The program is 59 days long and in it we agree to sell your current home in the Louisville area at a price acceptable to you or we will buy.

Obviously, there are limitations and this program is not available for all homes. Here’s why, we’re not like a typical investor. We really don’t want to own your home.

We offer this program to make sure you understand that with our marketing and agreed price reductions, we can and will sell your home or we’ll buy it. If we sell your home above the bottom (agreed to price) you get the benefit of the higher price. It’s a win-win for you.

This not only lets you know the bottom line costs for selling your home, if you’re out shopping for another home and find one you like, you can immediately place an offer on it.

Please note, we’re so sure about our marketing if you are not completely satisfied you can cancel the listing at any time. That means a day, a month or two months into the listing, you can cancel and pay nothing, we put that in writing.

You may be wondering if you have to enter the Guaranteed Sale Program?
The answer is NO.  In fact most of our sellers would rather we market their home in a normal fashion.

So you may ask what is the guaranteed price? We can’t determine that until we visit your home and put together a detailed market analysis. We then lay out the pricing structure and do nothing until you say go!
